I received a phone case which was faulty so I sent photo evidence and Georgie very quickly replied and offered me a refund or voucher to spend online with free delivery too, cannot fault the customer service!

I had a faulty case and emailed to ask for a replacement or for this issue to be fixed. I had a really speedy reply from Georgie who began the process of a replacement. I had the option to change my original choice and the new case was sent within 2 days. I cannot fault the customer service in the slightest and I am really happy with Georgies response to my emails. Very kind and helpful throughout.

Very quick response and very quick resolving!

I have ordered from Skinnydip a few times before and never had any problems. However my most recent order there was a glitch and I got charged for 2 orders when only 1 was successful.

I got in contact with customer services and spoke to Georgie who was so helpful and friendly and was swift with responses to get it sorted quickly. We resolved the issue and I have been issued my refund.

I can’t fault Skinnydip or their team, glitches happen sometimes and it was resolved quickly so have given 5 stars to reflect the service. Will definitely order again :)

Had an enormous amount of trouble with Evri. Georgie rectified it immediately and was so kind, good hearted and understanding. Sent me a replacement with DPD instead of Evri and kept fantastic contact the entire time. What Evri couldn't solve in two weeks, Skinnydip did in a few days. Goes to show smaller companies can crush massive ones any day.

I recently ordered a phone case & a glass screen saver
However on receipt the screen saver was damaged.
I contacted customer service with photo evidence of the old & new & had a reply from Georgie who organised immediate replacement with free delivery.
Exactly what we expect from customer service but rarely receive.

Best phone cases out there!! Spent way more money in the past for other cases but they just don't match SD's!

I ordered and payed for next day delivery, 2 days later I emailed asking for an update as not received and had no communication from.them whatsoever, then gets a message to say my order had been cancelled, very dissatisfied as this was part of a birthday gift

Customer support were really helpful! I had an issue with the products that I had received. I contacted customer support and they helped me very quickly and had a replacement shipped out to me the next day. Excellent service !
